Corporate Events

We work with companies to deliver successful corporate events by following the run of show precisely and providing tailored audio solutions to meet every presentation need. From pre-event coordination and stage layout to on-site sound checks and real-time cueing, our team ensures each segment flows smoothly and on schedule. We supply a range of microphones—including lapel mics for hands-free presenters, podium mics for formal addresses, and handheld mics for Q&A or roaming speakers—configured for optimal clarity and minimal interference. Our technicians manage levels throughout the event, troubleshoot immediately if issues arise, and coordinate with AV and lighting teams so the client can focus on content and attendees while we handle the technical execution.

Weddings

We work with couples to ensure flawless live sound on their wedding day by tailoring equipment and staffing to the ceremony and reception needs. Our team provides a range of microphones — lavalier mics for the officiant and couple, podium mics for formal readings, and handheld mics for speeches — and places and tests each mic to minimize feedback and ensure clear, natural audio for vows, prayers, and family toasts. We coordinate with religious dignitaries and venue staff to respect ceremony protocols and timing, and we run sound checks with speakers and musicians as needed. We collaborate with artists to deliver polished, high-energy shows by managing every element of live sound and performance tech: in-ear monitoring, thorough sound checks, live auto-tune, and creative live effects such as reverbs and delays to enhance vocal and instrumental textures. Our crew is experienced with full-band setups — from seven-piece drum rigs to guitarists, bassists, keyboardists, DJs, and background vocalists — and we tailor mixes and effects to each musician’s needs so everyone hears what they need onstage while the audience gets a balanced, dynamic experience. We also coordinate with venue partners in our network that are already configured for small concerts, so if you need a turnkey space or technical resources, just ask and we’ll connect you and integrate the site into the show plan.

Live Rehearsals

At J Rose Productions, we work with clients days or even weeks before the event to run through the full run of show, perform comprehensive sound checks, and address staging, and timing details so that show day is seamless. Whether preparing for a corporate event, wedding, or concert, our team coordinates rehearsals that replicate actual performance conditions—testing audio levels, cueing transitions, confirming monitor mixes, and rehearsing entrances and exits—so technical issues are resolved in advance and clients feel confident.
